Simple, the foreskin has a lot of nerve endings. You chop it off, the nerve endings are no longer there. Hence, less nerve endings.
OK, let me highlight a couple things again:
Recently, a lot of different groups have been battling what is called "female genital mutilation" in Africa. When the girls come of a certain age (I believe it's like 12 or 13) they cut off parts of their genitals, not completely sure why but most like a religious or mystical reason.
This is considered mutilation.
In America, we take our baby boys, right after their born, and cut off part of their genitals. The reasons are based in, well, religion and mysticism.
This isn't considered mutilation, but it's not very different from what's going on in Africa. So allow me to say, circumcision is a form of genital mutilation
If Hell actually exists, I hope anyone who supports genital mutilation goes there.
If you want to dispute any of my points, go find something that shows that circumcision isn't genital mutilation, and go find something showing that circumcision isn't extremely painful.
Remember, they can't give babies painkillers. From what I've seen (If you've never seen a circumcision go watch one now) the babies go into shock. Anyone who would put a baby into shock intentionally is disgusting.

In most US hospitals, it is now standard procedure for infants to be given a local or topical anesthetic prior to circumcision.

I'm not a penis owner, so I can only speculate here... But I see several potential failings in this suggestion:
A) Is it not difficult to keep a condom snugly in place on a flaccid penis? If the thing is sliding around all day, it is going to cause more friction on the head rather than less. Perhaps even chafing! (Sorry guys, I know that made you wince.)
B) Latex isn't skin - Rubbing against it all day is going to be more similar to rubbing against clothing than to being protected by foreskin.
C) Your little man needs oxygen! Skin needs to breathe to be healthy.
D) Try putting your hand in a latex glove over night, then look at it in the morning. Now extrapolate - Do you want your Excalibur of Love to be all sallow and pruny?

to compare the removal of foreskin, which is mostly done for cosmetics and social expectations, and which does not interfere with sexual or reproductive functions can NOT be compared to Female Genital Mutilation.
The word mutilation not only establishes clear linguistic distinction with male circumcision, but also, due to its strong negative connotations, emphasizes the gravity of the act.
The goal here is simple: it is the complete destruction of the female sexual organs in an effort to eliminate the female's sexual pleasure.
