yes, it is a resturant ... in so. cal. they are a chain that serves a mexican marinated grilled/char broiled chicken... haven't bn there for awhile... but remember it as yummy... it is a casual place like McD or IHOP. the markets in the west sale similar marinades and dry mix 4 marinades...... also one of friendowl recipes for chicken marinade oranges squeezed, lemon ? garlic crushed? onion sliced? fresh chopped celantro (spelling?) crushed dried red chili? cumin? not sure about ingred. :stoned: do you remember it? :)Quote:
