Sorry just read the first page of posts, but what is wrong with deny deny deny? I mean it was in your backpack sure, but you can't say it isn't yours and someone else might have slipped it in there?

tadaa....everyones attacking u because ur being sooo defensive about waht ur saying. We agree that it wouldnt hurt to contact a lawyer but if u read on page three that one guy showed u the case that went to hte supreme court. That case the school one and it allowed new standards for schools in america. That case is enough evidence to show u that the schools search was not illegal or unconstutional
