why is hunting legal in the US? and gun ownership???

actually the 2nd admendment is kinda a false hope for gun collectors...the 2nd admendment states that the right to bear arms is granted to a 'well regulated milita' which in the time it was written would have been army non-regulars which was a group of farmers fighting with the regulars but not a part...ever seen the movie 'the patriot'? that is a milita and in todays defination a 'well regulated milita' is the USA's national guard...because that is how the natinal guard was started farmers guarding their homes and land
