holy shit man those are some fucking monster ass buds.
Hey Mr B, I've Almost got my wardrobe finished...
I used mylar to cover the "windows" instead of cardboard, have pretty much the same PC fan exaust but I have a passive intake.
I still have a couple questions...
it seems like the seperation of the doors to the the wardrobe is pretty large and there would be like leaks around the entire face of the cabinet. is yours sealed up with just caulk around the outside of the doors? or inside? or more than caulk?
and on the intake are there multiple PVC elbows to prevent light leaks?
this grow is the shizzel. been watching it, u lucky son of a gun. hope the smoke is as good as it looks
hmm... well when you open the doors, offset a few inches back, the perimeter is framed out with 2x3's (pic1) then a removable panel (pic2) is placed over that. so before the doors are even closed it's pretty much sealed up, the doors act more like an extra layer of closure.Quote:

hope this helps a little... :hippy:
This definately helps! thanks man!
I think I'm going to set up a velcro black tarp cover for the door way.
Here's what I've done for my passive intake.. I think I might add some kind of dark thin material to each elbow, maybe black stockings or somethin. They seem to work wonders with the carbon scrubber!
Paint it black. White transfers light.
You have two kinds of elbows there. If space allows, the first kind of elbow, the sweep, is better for air movement. Painting the elbows flat black inside will stop most if not all light transfer. Using abs fittings avoids the paint step.

Thanks everyone! I will be blacking the insides tomorow! :rastasmoke:
I'm inspired to set up a cupboard/closet grow with 1 600W HPS.. Good find!!!!
