My first car was a 1997 Camaro Z28 about 5 years ago
my first car IS going to be either a 5.0 v8 mustang notchback 1986-1991, or maybe a 1986 GTS corolla AE86, or a Mazda RX7 turbo 2 1986-1991
witchever my discecison, im a savin for it!
1971 camaro r/s 4 spd.
87 Buick Regal
I had a shitty 98 Saturn a couple years ago. Now I have a shitty 97 Ford Taurus. Its good though, I can drink beer and smoke all I want and never get pulled over because they think there's an old lady driving it.
1994 Bmw 325i. Paid for it myself and everything, it's a sweet ride.
It's trans was fucked, that's fixed and they were saying something about the computers and shit now...It's been in the shop for like two weeks, I'm hoping to get it back by the end of the week.
Mine was a Volkswagen Beetle. Red. 1972 model. I managed to save up enough money, $550, that it could be combined with the equal matching funds my dad agreed to provide, and I purchased it, used but in excellent condition, for $1,100, in 1977 when I was 16.
I drove that car until I was 23 and had been married for nearly a year. Wish I had it back now with gas prices what they are.

That's really smart...by the way just because it's a taurus doesn't automatically mean it's an old lady.Quote:

i've been driving a 95 jeep grand cherokee. It's a sweet ride. has 4wd all the time and v8. the transmission is fucked up right now though. Car likes to try to go into neutral/stall when i pull up to a stop sign.

nope i dont have that problem. mine just doesnt like to start when its really hot outside. and for some reason it doesnt like to be parked on hills. the engine starts to make a really weird sound when i park on a hill and when i try to start it up it doesnt wanna start but all o gotta do is tap the gas pedal and it starts.Quote:

'92 Chevy Camaro, black, with cool blue lines paint trim. I had the guys at the local shop that does custom car radios and stuff add a light like Kit had in Knight Rider across the front, with a on/off switch on the dash under the stereo, except it was blue to match the trim instead of Kit's red. Got shit mileage, was a beast in the winter with the rear wheel drive, but man, that car was fun. I miss it!
77 Mustang coupe (4 cyl) registered @ 120 mph, but would only go about 95.
POS, but I loved it!
I was 16, and it WAS my first car...

Well we sold it to my dad he rode it for a few months and then used it as a trade in for his truck. From there I can only hope car heaven.
What a great thread. This is really bringing back some memories (not all wonderful btw). My first car was a late 70's or early 80's AMC Spirit. This car was a freaking joke. It was bright yellow with a brown wood trim. You talk about your chick magnet car..haha...When it got to 55 miles per hour the car would start to wobble and shake. It used to scare the hell out of me. Great stoner mobile though and it had a kick ass stereo!
Haha my mustang did that when I first got it and the vibration started getting worse after a while at lower speeds...come to find out 3 of the 4 bolts holding the driveshaft were gone! That coulda been bad haha.
my first car was a red 92' saturn sl2 with 250,000 miles
curently i have a white Scion XB (the box one)
Volkswagen Golf GTI.. Not the latest model, but the one prior to that..
WROOOM!
1964 Chevy Belair... spraypainted blue with cans from a local supermarket... 99 cents a can and it took 14...
