How do we rid the nation of pedophiles?

First off, I must say, I am quite baked out of my skull. But seriously, How do you think the nations pedophiles should be dealt with? What would be the best way to insure the safety of America from these fuckers? Letâ??s get political here, and not be afraid to be creative at the same time. Hereâ??s my idea of how the government should deal with all convicted pedophiles.

Any and all pedophiles tried in court shall not go through the normal jail system (or even probation, or community service) , they shall instead ALL be taken through a reform course developed with billions of dollars by the NSA and NASA. This course is to take 5 years and is to consist of a combination of classroom teaching reformation and neural brain transmitter and brain wave cat scan therapy reformation. This is to ensure MAXIMUAM pedophile reformation and ensure that they are COMPLETLEY aware of what they did wrong and are perfectly safe to put back on the street.

After the 5 years are completed, a graduation ceremony is held for the pedophiles. They each receive their diplomas and are allowed to see their family and friends. It is at this point that they are escorted to â??The metal roomâ?�. The metal room is a large room with thousands of tiny holes on one side of it. Inside these tiny holes are extremely strong electro magnets. At the opposite side of the room are thousands of tiny plastic nails tipped with a long tip of 6 inches of stainless steel. The whole nail is 18 inches long, containing 12 inches of plastic at the base and 6 inches of stainless steel at the tip. The electro magnets will be turned on at the command of a lever operated by ONLY one man, this man is the winner of an online contest which, in the future, will be more popular then American idol and will be broadcasted on live television as such. The option to view this is optional to the family members because all of them are given free tickets.

Simple, remove Mr. Johnson and his Boys so they can't breed (or try to). Same with rapists.

Plus an ankle transmitter that sends out a signal that gets picked up on any cell phone within 25 feet and it beeps so you know if one is close enough to you to be a threat.

we should make robots that look like lost little children... These robots will be equiped with 1 5/8" saw blades in every orafice... Once blood is detected they will emit a virus that eats brains...

I think an innitial offense should carry stiff penalties with as much rehabilitation as possible. Should they commit a second offense (I mean on little children, not some 16 or 17 year old), they abdicate their right to a sexual drive (which they have abused and misused) and chemically have their testicles removed. Should they commit yet again (I don't know if this is possible), life imprisonment. All their financial assets can go the the victim.

I don't think there's any need for that. American law makers seem unable these days to understand the differenve between justice and revenge. Justice is about restoring balance and removing a threat to society. revenge is just about inflicting pain to make yourself feel better. No matter how bad a person we have in custody, torturing them will not change a thing, only making sure they never harm anything or anyone again. I wish lawmakers thought more this way, it would certainly help marijuana offenders.

I am not sure I quite agree with this thread. I have investigated MENSA and like-minded organizations. Many of them are just admirers of children and would never hurt or touch them at all. It all has to do with this nations obsession with youth. I am getting the idea that these anti-pediophile posts are similar to cops lurking on the net for pot dealers. Honestly there are people out there and in the government who would burn pot smokers at the stake. Both get get bad press. I agree with you that pot smoking is not a REAL crime. But that is just our ideas and others.... others think differently.

There are people who are abused as kids and grow up better adults than most of us. A good psychological intervention can lead to good things. People cry when their loved ones die. In other cultures people dance with joy as those people have left for the better life. Who's right? I don't know.

I don't think it's really their faults that they are like this....
But then the whole nature/nurture debate comes into play and I don't like the thought of pedos (as people) enough to talk about them or make excuses for their actions.

Peadophiles were innocent once. A lot of them were abused themselves leading to learned behaviour. In some psychology circles this is called imprinting. Picking up on family and freinds behaviour unconsciously and acting in the same way.

Think about the victims of molestation (or any crime) and realize why there is no fucking justice in this stupid fucking system. I say anyone who destroies another person's life by molesting them or otherwise forcing themselves on them, ought to have their liberties stripped away from them FOREVER!!! Sorry if that makes me sound like a fascist, but then again it's all to easy to call someone a fascist when you simply don't agree with them. Send pedophiles up on government land to work in grueling forced labor. Pedophiles might have a mental illness, however each person is heald accountable for his or her actions. While they might be mentally ill to an extent, i'm sure that their fettishes for young children are not so powerful that they are so mentally dissociated and unable to make proper judgements, that they have no control whatsoever over their own actions.

If we give pedophiles leadway , then we might as well give every other criminal the same leadway. Infact, let's just do away with the whole justice system alltogether, since we could then potentially argue that all criminals are victim of mental illness.

Basically I think all violent criminals should be sent up on government land and be deprived of every right they've got. Who needs to be creative? Obviously the current system doesn't work and I think we need reform desperately.

I think violent criminals need to taste the inhumanity they inflict on each victim of their crimes. I have no respect for any violent criminal because I've been the victim of violent crime. I think the government must show the same ruthlessness and coldness to the violent offenders as the offenders show to their victims. I think each violent offender needs to be reformed, in such a way that they will never want to commit violence on another person again. And if they go insane from their harsh punishment, then they should commit suicide and fucking die.

OK.. there are women paedophiles too. Just imagine you are 13 and an older woman with breast that make your weener tingle. She seduces you and you have the experience of your life. Did you enjoy it? Who cares. The full weight of the law would come down on that woman. Your parents might be pissed that their little boy was "abused" and want her tortured as some on here have suggested.

I'm a spiritual person. I believe in love and compassion. Teach our kids to love. Give them more hugs. Teach them right from wrong. This might sound simple but a lot of parents leave their kids to their own devices just hoping that they turn out OK or scream at them when they do something wrong. They will just find ways of doing more wrong without the parents knowledge. Love is the key.
