ok, so ive noticed that most ppl on this site preffer bowls and blunts to joints...
this is unacceptable!! dont get me wrong... ive got nothing against a good bong bowl, but u ppl should be practicing ur rolling skills.
to promote this, i started this comp. roll ur best j, and post pics.

i've gone off joints recently tho, they just don't seem to get me as stoned as they used to.
you cant really tell if its a good joint unless you touch it to feel the looseness or tightness and some people like the dude above rolled a funnelled joint but to me the perfect joint is like a ciggarette but with weed not too tight not too loose straight as a pencil but more like a marker no creases and still you must smoke it to tell further
and what if someone rolls one in a rolling machine Well if your smart enough you can tell

I love this competition, it's a great idea and for the good cause. I just rolled my submission, but my sister borrowed my digital camera so it'll take untill somewhere later this afternoon untill I can post up a snapshot for ya.

i know, i hate it when people say joints don't doit anymore. If you roll a proper joint, it can go for like 30 min. Just put some honey in between the filter and the top. What i mean is, leave the part where you light dry, and where you put your mouth, dry, everything else, put a little honey, it burns mad slow, and do it for blunts too, even without honey a joint can go 15 min... It's the same weed, either way you get high, so be grateful for that....

I believe the secret in making J's burn longer is in the tightness of the roll. When I roll a joint it feels like a cigarette, and burns like one too, perfectly straight cherry with no runs. :thumbsup:
^^Nah, there isn't a taste really but sweet. It's that honey you use for cooking it has a yellowtop and a bee on the label, it makes blunts burn so long that you won;t even want to keep smoking, you'll get to that super super high, try it, on a spliff or blunt....
Like I said...people who diss joints plan suck at smoking.

The only J's I have a problem with are ones that i make using soapbar they stop toking which can be a bitch.

new years eve rollin some of the 1/2o we had, twas a J-comp all on its own actually.. we actually set it up like "cingular, raising the bar" logo or w/e. first post, woot woot. (mine is the first cannon.. it was FAT)
I can see why you would rather smoke a joint at a party instead of smoking out of a pipe, but that doesnt mean joints dont waste weed.
Frivolous, unless you have about 4 people smoking it inside a hotboxed car, THE JOINT WILL WASTE WEED NO MATTER WHAT. The joint is constantly burning, and smoke is constantly coming off the joint. That smoke does not get inhaled and gets wasted.
To be honest I dont worry about wasting my weed in a J.....if it gets you smashed its fine by me, I chose to some Joints because i liken to do it. If i liked smoking bongs or pipes as much as i like smoking joints i would do it all the time.
Dont be so tight with the weed people, i share my weed with who ever wants to toke it if they respirocate the favour. I get stoned everyday and for alot of the week it doesnt cost me a penny. Its called friends!

i wish i had a digital camera i roll sooo many joints. My average joint is between .9-1.2 grams and is a little fatter in the middle then on the ends. IF i have to say so myself i am a great roller my joints are reknowned in my area, maybe ill score a digital camera

Same thing with me. There can be 6-7 people with bags of weed, and I always get volunteered to roll. It sometimes kinda pisses me off having to roll another when I wanna enjoy the one I just rolled for ME.Quote:

To the guy who uses honey on his blunts, doesnt the honey get all over your hands? sounds messy.
About the honey thing....me and my boys did that with a cigarillo full of some dank. It slowed down the burning a lot and added a little taste. Dont put honey on the mouth piece or if you use a filter in your blunts stop the honey at the filter.
