So...Anyone ever seen a dead body while stoned?

about 2 weeks ago, me and my friends were toking up, and afterwords decided to go to my McDonalds right by my house... So we're cruising there and my friend see's "something" up ahead. He jokingly at the time says "Hey guys look at that dead kid up there" just to kinda freak us out a bit since we were so blazed. At first we just kinda laughed, it really looked like a box of old clothes, or two trashbags or something and it was right by the dumpster.. But as we get closer I noticed it had fingers... My window was rolled down and as we approached it I stared at the corpse of a black homeless man, the window rolled down, my head sticking out, no more then a few feet away from me I see the guy's eyes WIDE OPEN STARING RIGHT AT ME. I turn to my friends and tell them that I think that guy is seriously hurt or possibily dead, and they look and kinda freak out. So the driver drives a little bit faster in a panic. Then parks once he gains his senses. We get out of the car and see the McDonalds manager on the phone.

Within a few minutes the police are on there way. And we're late to guitar practice so we leave.

Later on that night I found out he was dead.

Prolly the fastest way to kill your high.

Anybody had a freaky expierence like this while blazed? It's insane.. Your thought process is so...crazy at the time.. Really made me think about life.

I can still see his eyes staring directly into mine.

Nothing like that has happened to me, but that would seriously freak me the fuck out. I still am training myself not to be paranoid when I'm high, due to a bad first experience. That would really freak me out though, and I'd probably start crying for him. Are all of you guys doing okay, and not like freaking out?

Everyone else seems fine, I guess ecspecially considering they didn't get a real view of him, I'm pretty alright too, was a bit uneasy at first, then made me sad, then made me think. Apart from the occasional nightmare regarding the incident everything seems fine, It's just being stoned makes it so much weirder...It's like you totally think it's not really there but there is no denying it. And in the back of your head your like "How..did that...happen...why..right..now" but..yeah Im fine.

I've never really had a bad expirience while I was stoned. The most traumatic was when we were throwing fire crackers at my friend's neighborhood pool at about 12 and soem guy came out from the bushes and chased us three blocks before we gave up(Gus tripped and fell flat on his face), all eh did was bitch us out for five minutes about how we woke him up. Then he left, no cops, nothing. We got back and the bong was gone :(

I remember when some kids started throwing fireworks into a petrol station forecourt. Fuck me did I ever run. Smoking weed and 20 cigarettes a day didn't help my escape I assure you!

When I was 16 years old (a long time ago) my cousin was getting a ride home with me. We just smoked a fatty when he asked if I had ever seen a human skull. I told him no and he asked if I wanted to see one. I didn't believe him. He had a gym bag with him and he began to open it. I could see in my rear view he pulled out something about the size of a football. I almost shit myself when I seen it was a human skull! I remember it still had meat attached to it's face but was dry like wood, and when he shook it he asked if I could here the rattle. He sayed it was the brain! I freaked out and didn't call him for weeks. It was in the paper a few weeks later smashed in the park of our city. It turns out he got the skull from a crypt here at a close by castle in our city. Him and his friends broke in and took bones and teeth. The skulls owner was named elizibeth from the 18th century. He actually made a neckless out of human teeth. He always a weird one, and at the time he was a bat-caver (you remember those weirdo's with black make-up and spiked hair from the late eighties early nineties?) No one ever found out he did it, but I was discusted with him. Believe it or not he now has a good job and is totally changed. You wouldn't think he was capable of anything like that. Well, I guess people do change.

You'll get over it, I think its jus the stigma attached to dead bodies from films nowadays, because they look the same, except for the eyes (probly the freakiest part for u), it probly looks unreal to you and you can't believe it cuz u've only ever seen it in films and on tv. Seein anythin for the first time in real life is a really wierd experience if uve only ever seen it on the tv b4, for a start theres no suspenseful music, or cheesy voice. Jus a bloke lying lifeless, with car after car passin him by, like any other night, not as big of a deal as they make out on tele. It's a fuckin reality check and a 1/2, take this as ure realisation date that you, the gr8 and mighty keinmehrkreig (I had to look about seven times to spell that), could one day be the nameless face sum kid drivin around finds lying dead in the road, and theres gonna be no ceremony, or ppl haulting there lives to stop and help you, jus a couple of ppl that spot u, and tell the local stores so the ambulance can come and pick you up, before driving on with a new story. Instead of being freaked by it, embrace it, that guys dead now, u have the full sun still shining on ure face, go and fucking do summat, because u now have analytical PROOF! that this is gonna end one day, uze gonna diiiiiiie, and no1 is goin to bat an eyelid.

^^ It's true what is on TV is so different from real life. In TV when a guy is shot or stabbed in the chest he dies instantly. Quick and clean. In real life the person rolls around in pain bleeding to death usually taking quite a long time to die. So different from real life.

I never touched the skull and I really only seen it for a few seconds as I was driving at the time. It freaked me out and I wouldn't have touched it even if I had the chance. I have talked to him about it a year or so after, but not in recent years. I assume he wants to forget about the matter just as I did. I always knew he was strange.

I have been around 2 seperate times when someone was killed or killed themselves.In highschool my friends and I were blazin in the parking lot when we saw a guy and his girl fighting in a car right next to us. The girl jumped outta the car and left and the guy pulled out a shotgun and put it in his mouth. His head exploded like a watermelon. I know it's gross but it was kinda amazing and interesting to see a head pop open like that.

Another time I was on Acid and I saw some guy on a crotchrocket get sidewiped and crash into a wall going like 100mph. Pretty wild shit.

I've seen dead animals when I was stoned and it freaked me out

but for some reason when I'm stoned, I have the altered perception but I can snap back to reality for a few seconds to analyze whats going on, or play sober, stuff like that

I was at my grandfathers funeral and I was a little high. Does that count at all? That is freaky just to see a dead body out of nowhere staring at you.

I've never seen a dead body in real life, but after a night of heavy boozing and smoking, my buddy decides to show me a few "interesting" videos. I had never seen the image of death before, or a video for that matter, so what I thought he was showing me was a movie or TV. He showed me the Bud Dwyer suicide video and I clearly remeber being awake all night after that, when I should have been passed out, and that triggered my first ever anxiety attack.

I'll never forget the look in the guys eyes after he put a magnum bullet in his head. His blood draining out of him like a blown water main. It was horrific and it took me a few months to get that image out of mind.

i smoked before I went and hoped it would wear off by the time I got there, but it didn't

about 10 yrs ago me and my roomy were smoking and playing some vids at about 1:30 am or so really baked eyes barly open just fucked up. next thing i know i hear cops lots of them like next apt building over. looking out my apt window all i see is guns and cops prob 15-20 of them ten cop cars all screaming .find out somebody was killed earlier that day and when someone got home they found this guy stabbed like 15-20 times all over it was on the 1st floor so we were walking around this building trying to fiqure which apt it was. i turned a corner and looked in this room there was a shit load of blood on the walls that i could see from outside looking in!!! i walked closer to the window and on the floor was this guy laying on the floor dead blood all over the carpet ,room ,walls, everwhere. that was grosss as hell he wasnt even covered up by a shhet or anything.. went back home locked my door and did about 3 bong hits and went to bed ... totally fucked up how somebody can just take somebodys life in an instance!!!! we need death penalty every state!!!! hope i never see that again peace out :rastasmoke:

I saw some freaky shit one day and I still don't know what actually happened cause I walked up to the corner it had happened at right after w/e happened had happened..

As i walk up to the corner I realize everyone who had walked up to one of the four corners of the intersection had all stopped and were staring into the middle of the street. So I look and there is this guy flipping out flailing his arms about, screaming and falling onto the ground basically every step while people are trying to get him out of the middle of the street. So I guess this dude just got ran over by a car and was all fucked up flipping out that he was gonna die or some shit. Whole thing was really confusing since I had gotten there like a minute late, but I guess some of the people that had forgotten that they were walking and were stopped watching the scene had actually been there to know what happened.. but not me, then I kept walking..

made me think of this girl who had died in this messed up accident, and my friend had seen the accident on the side of the road and saw some people he knew, stopped and talked to this girl who was sitting down saying she didn't feel good and she couldn't keep her head up it would just fall. Few minutes later she died, turned out her neck was broken.. bugging myself out thinking about these things:mad:

i was real young, but i cleaned it up as best i could and i went and smoked some of his stash for the first time that day cause i was sad and he told me once that weed makes him happy. i knew how to work a carb because id seen him do it before, it didnt hit me right away but after about a half hour or so i was fried.
that was the day i started smoking weed.

i held my dead brothers hand, even kissed it, and told him 'good bye' i know what you mean about it changing your life, a dead human is so much diffrent than an anima, which unless someone's went through, they REALLY can't tell, or even imagine, the diffrence... seeing a dead person (much less a family member) can really change a person, change their perspective on life.... make them actually think and feel how easily it can be snatched from them, even if they do everything right in that life..... i WILL never go to another funeral in my life, period..... i don't care who it is, i only hope they can understand my decision, i don't want my last thought of anyone i care about to be that ghostly white, lifeless body laying in a coffin, i want my last thought to be of them happy, and when they were alive.... i want my last thought of them to be when we were together, not when they were all alone in their death bed, or assuming 'ghosts' are real, starring at me mourning their death...

One night me and my friends were burning at my brothers house and we were sleeping there. Everything was fine the whole night getting stoned and drunk as hell. Next morning i wake up and loook across from me to see my best friend dead. Shit bugged me out reallly bad.:(

This thread is different to say the least, and I'm very shocked that this many people have gone through or seen such horrific events or the after effects of such. I hope to never experience such a thing, but that's out of my control, I just hope if something did happen, the spontanaity (if that's a word) isn't too much.
