What the fuck is with all you people taking the piss out of that Brain Peppers dude? None of you know him or anything about him, just that he is on a sex offenders list for 'Gross Sexual Imposition', a charge which i'm sure not many of you could even define.

If you had a relative who had something like Crouzon's syndrome, or whatever this man has, would you be happy to have said relative pasted all over the internet, and ridiculed by people all over the world? For all you fuckers know he might have commited a smll crime years and years ago, or maybe not, but you guys don't know shit... and even if you did it wouldn't matter to you, as it seems that the main reason you take the piss out of this Peppers guys is becuse of the way he looks. When I browse my favourite Cannabis forum I don't like to see people taking the piss out of a guy with a disability when they don't even know who the fucking guy is. ESPECIALLY when someone in my family (one of my neises) has a similiar disability. I was NOT saying that this guy is innocent.

I was NOT saying I like this guy.

I was NOT saying I have any compassion for this man or his crimes.

I was NOT defending him or trying to justify his actions, because I don't know exactly what his actions were, and it is none of my business.

I WAS, however, stressing my opinion that his disability (for want of a better word) is unrelated to his crimes, and just because he has commited certain crimes does not mean you can take the piss out of his disability. Taking the piss out of his condition is NO DIFFERENT to approaching a child with the same disability and callimg him/her ugly or any of the stuff you've been calling this dude. If a black guy/Jewish guy/Indian guy/guy of any ethnicity was to commit a crime that you disagreed with would that mean you could hurl racist abuse at them? Using that logic it would mean that we, as Cannabis users, would have no protection from prejudism just because we commit a crime that others disagree with.

I personally have never commented about his disfigurement . I do have a share of comments regarding sexual offenders as a whole. You dont get convicted and added to a registry for being misformed.
I agree completely with you Ghost abut comments centred around his appearance being so harsh though. The reality is, nice or not, he is what most would classify ugly. Lots of folks like to find people uglier than themselves because it makes them prettier. Im not saying its the case here, Im just saying that its the reality of our world and not just this board.
Yes there have been a lot of mean comments just about how he looks but its a personal attack and not an attack towards all people suffering from his condition. It would be a horrible thing to have and a horrible thing to have in the family but he has taaken shit his whole life for it no doubt.
People here are not unique in their dislike of his appearance. They didnt do the crime that brought him into the spotlight either. He did. And by doing so he brought the attitude to the surface as well. When most people look at or think of a sexual offender we are filled with disgust, rage , and anger with them and the system that lets these sick fucks walk. That ball of feelings needs an outlet. So we talk shit about him and spread the hate. When you hate someone it is not always easy to distinguish between various traits of that person you just feel "fuck I HATE that fucker!" and proceed to attack him in any way that might lead to his suffering and misery. Its human.
It would be great if that fuck read this board and all the others that say shit about him so he can live with a little more misery for the crimes he has committed against fellow humans. He left tham with wounds and scars...People respond by trying to open up all his wounds and make him squirm a little. Pour some salt on it and let him cry.Adding to the misery of his life with the hopes he will suffer more than his victim(s).

That said, I myself in hindsight, apologise for participating in the events that personally offended you like this. It was not my intent to offend anyone but him but adding my name and comments to the thread that was for a large part slamming just his appearance, in effect showed my endorsement of those comments. I didnt speak against them so it appears like I feel the same way.
To be clear I do not feel that his appearance is what makes him less worthy of respect,and dignity but his actions do.
Im sure I wont be the only one with similar feelings. Im just taking the time, in my long winded style(hehe), to post my thoughts.
