Wow,... the westword would report something like that!? :wtf:
Not trying to be a dick, but I'm curious what makes you think you are such an expert in the law, particularly Colorado law, especially since I find most of your posts, including this one, to be pretty much unintelligible.Quote:

They along with Wanda James were CMMR before it imploded. Avoid Budding Health AT ALL COSTS. Spread the word.
if he could, he'd make it so he was the only legal producer in the state.

Is anyone else getting a vibe that this rep doesn't give a rats ass about patients? He tore a bill up because of one activist recording him? maybe they got into a heated arguement, doesn't matter, he just showed his real colors.
Not taken as you being a dick and can understand your reason for your question...Quote:

I suppose if it was, we wouldn't be here all trying to make some sort of common-sense of what these fools are doing..
Have you figured it out yet? Well neither have they..:D
One does not have to be an expert in law to understand it, nor explain it.. you just need to have a license to practice it in a court of law...
You ask about my expertice.. WAG THE DOG.
Medical marijuana law is complex if you make it complex... and they make it real complex...they do this for a reason.
Now colorado mmj law is no different in foundation than any other state.. it is built upon public policy which doesn't exist but, we want it to exist cause we the people voted it in...IT IS OUR RIGHT DAMN IT !!
I as well as my family members and friends are affected negatively by our PUBLIC EMPLOYEES mis-applying our laws!!!
Come to find out though, our foundation we rest our lovely rights on, do not exist !!! So says every mmj state court so far, backed by federal courts...
So, as an advocate of our rights to have our employees offer honest services to the public... we must do some changes to our mmj laws to come into public policy compliance across the board...so we retain our rights to actually have some sort of standing without the cluter-fuck chit going on in every state...
Gonzales v. Oregon clearly lays down how this is done... SCHEDULE II. So when you are an advocate as I am, you tend to insert yourself into the mess and untangle the knotts..
Secondly, I take our leo to court in my county on P.C. criminal charges... I don't play well with others whom don't offer honest services to the public..;)
May I suggest if you find my post unintelligble to go here and research.
http://boards.cannabis.com/legal/195...libraries.html
Educate yourself in how our public employees interpret our we the people voted in cannabis laws..and when we don't agree and sue them for it..what those courts response is...
This is how one finds the flaws in the laws to change them for the better of us patients...
I only wish to point out the flaws, get them fixed and keep these asshole public employees out of our medical decisions...
Aside from that.. sorry if I have bothered you.:pimp:
The westword is not the place I recomend you get most of your news from.I do check them out a couple times a week.I find they do come up with some good stuff some times.:rastasmoke::stoned:Quote:

A group of 15 greedy growers as I remember the meeting in Cherry Creek trying to use farm co-op law at that time to shut out the little guy. Some of us woke up and saw what was going on quit others got kicked out because god forbid we had felonies or other reasons that it was made clear these were just some of the tools they would use against the patients and the real growers (you know the guys that paid the price, sometimes prison so you could smoke a bowel). So many of us started our own dispensaries to undercut the greedy bastards! You notice she is on the rule making panel wonder what that seat cost? :mad:Quote:

You're obviously way smarter than me, or you have way better drugs, because I don't even understand your syntax, let alone your misuse of legal precedent that has no precedential value in the context in which you seek to apply it. Saying I don't understand you is not bashing you. It's just that you seem to be speaking Chinese.Quote:

If you think I am incorrect, please post the correct legal case law which does apply to what these yahoos are doing... since my drugs are better.
I do not claim to be smarter then you at all... I just understand their lingo they are using and why they are using it... to speak to the public in CHINESE...
If we get invaded by china, who is going to pay for our defense?? Since we are in debt with china to the tune of ?? Oh, our country is "finacially" supported 100% by china... try figuring that political fuck-up out...:D

Why trolling the Co forums? :wtf:
Yeesh.... that's an acrimonious thread. Over here in the CO forums, we're tea sippers by comparison.
Thanks HiPop, I Just learned a new word! :DQuote:

Trolling? Trolls don't help others understand things, do they? ;) I see a few here as well as yourself who do appreciate the informative info. but, as I myself, attest the drama.Quote:

So does that satisfy your inquiring mind?
Point- I stepped into a thread with sandy barr and he is now banned for life.. remember that drama queen scene??
99.99 % of my threads/posts/responses are all about legal chit in our mmj communities... surely not to harm patients..but, help educate them in the laws and our misfortunes of having such derilicks running our country...
So at that end, hope you don't join the drama chit... stay focused on how to fix these laws, in all our mmj states.. after all.. ONLY WE CAN CHANGE IT.
<an acrimonious parting between the two former friends>
Like I said, I do appreciate the help.
As for Sandy? Nope, no clue what/who your talking about. :wtf:
Politics isn't my game, and I try to stay out of the threads.... Mostly I just lurk and read on them trying to stay abreast of the legal end of it all.
And as for that shitstorm,.... well, I don't live there, I'm not part of it, so I'm not gonna involve myself in that thread beyond reading it and the link that was posted. ;)
I guess "Trolling" really isn't the right word, but to answer your question, YES Trolls will help others understand things, be the trolls information right or wrong they WILL help out if it can create conflict! ;) (I know a guy on an RC forum who does that shit all the time! ;) )
I am no troll and am not here for conflict.. to that end, sorry you feel this way.. if you can pay close attention to the points about this caregiver bullshit and why they are doing it... my help has succeeded here.Quote:

IT HAS NO PROVIDER COVERAGE FOR DISPENSARIES..
That my friend is the facts no-one has zero-ed in on yet... all the drama about these hearings would be gone if, some-one just put on the table for these folks... THE PROVIDER LINGO..
Simple common-sense without the drama going on..but, as you point out..what the hell do I know... I wasn't part of washingtons provider staute change from caregiver, or was I... sure shit I was..;)
I feel like I just watched an episode of Jerry Springer, The Twilight Zone, and Deliverance all wrapped in one.Quote:

Colorado mmj law needs a provider model. That is the bottom line here. The caregiver model specifically excludes the provider model. That is the problem here...Quote:

At that end, I came here to this co. section to post the relevant issue everyone is overlooking.. not to discuss drama from other threads.
I sure hope someone can take this info. and present it to your legislature to end this crap for co. patients.. caregivers and providers both. It is all about us patients having ACCESS!!!...
Sincerely,
Jamessr
