Im having major trouble quiting weed. the craving takes over and some how i manage to get my hands on fat nugs and bowls all the time. im going mad cuz ive been a heavy user for about 9 years now and i need to quit but cant. i can use all the suggestions i can get. by the way... im roommates with a chronic kush toker!

Anyways... how about someone with a Good idea. or some real advice. i work out and try to phsyc my self out into thinking i dont need to toke.i just cant occupy my time long enough to distracked myself from the erge. i love weed to death, but i kinda wish we were never introduced.
I've been "addicted" before, in that I would get bored and do it anyway. I just picked up a new hobby and accidently quit for 3 weeks lol. Easiest thing in the world.
Basically what I'm saying is that it becomes part of the routine, so find something else you like to fill that time.

Well it's prob not helping you want to quit if you live with another stoner. Why do you have to quit anyway? Ultimately, it's up to you bro, if you have to quit, then you have to make it happen. No one can help you but yourself. The only advice i can give you is just suck it up and go cold turkey coz it sounds like you need to. Focus on your family and friends and things you enjoy. Music, food, sports, woman. Books maybe? It;s gonna be tough coz you're gonna be thinking about it all the time so try and take your mind off it as best you can. Get off this site, coz talking to stoners is gonna make you wanna blaze.

I was going to quit so i could join the cia as a machinist. but they do alot of test and a security clearance to make the parts, so i can't help them. But i might someday b/c it sound pretty cool to make tank parts or new airplane parts. So my point is i would rather smoke than be rich i guess. i dont care no more about money, fuck it. Been there . Best to change roommates and change routine. That was years ago. Now I have so many things going on I have less time to smoke. Now I rock climb and this gives me mental focus and encourages clarity of mind usually. Safety first. Of course I love green bud, just manage all of my passions nowadays. Trying to pass a hair test this week. Sucks to be so chill and still finding myself in the crosshairs of tyrrany.
