I'm not much of a religious fanatic...but they say that in the end he will come and perform miracles to woo the masses, and they worship him for that..

Lol there is no such thing as magic when will people understand its an illusions, hes a great illusionist, no amazing actually I cant explain some of the stuff he does but you know its not real, its quite hilarious how many people think its real and there is such a thing as magic the walking on water one was pretty good but just think for a second, now can we walk on water? Nope, so neither can he so what would make him be able to look like he can well my guess would be that he would have to be walking on something solid obviously something that you cant see eg glass and if you look VERY closely you can see it in the video, I cant believe how gullable some people are lol!!. that one where he halfs the woman was amazing and I have no idea how he would of done that my only guess would be something like it wasnt a real person or maybe the person didnt have legs in the first place and those legs were fake (yes fake legs and feet can still move to create the illusion effect) but I dont see how that would work, damn hes good!

I can't get my mind to in any way make sense of how it would be done...but there's no way of faking that...

what about when the car ran him down through the wall and he got back up?

As for the car one the bit he is standin out of is made from foam or some other soft material and the car wasnt really going as fast as it looks in the video they just speed it up, theres an explanation for everything lol.

Ok look markass Im sure it all looked real and thats because it was supposed to but you have to remmeber that Chris Angel is an extremely good and what he does, hes an expert illusionist, he doesnt have any magical powers at all or any of that crap, and just so you know there are always people who get paid to act suprised etc thats why its an illusion because it looks likes hes levitating but hes not lmao, do you seriously think he can fly, why would gravity not apply to him come on get real!

one of the questions he asks the people in the video clip is "have we ever met before, honestly?" they all say no, well obviously they are going to say that there is no proof is there, and Im sure that if you say someone levitating across thin air you would be a LOT more amazing than the people in that video people would be screaming and fainting and stuff, he should of got some better actors lol.

I don't get these Chris Angel bashers who say something around the lines of "Chris Angel is a FAKE! His tricks are only illusions, they're not really real!" Well DUUUHHHHHHHH! You'd swear nobody's seen a magician, it's like running on stage with the guy sawing the girl in half and yelling "listen to me everybody! He's not really cutting her in half, he's a fake!". Is nobody familiar with the workings of a magic show? Even Angel calls himself an illusionist. All magicians have an act, their own brand of theatrics.


Though on the flip side, I'm more baffled that Markass thinks his tricks are real:wtf:. Markass, you do realize he's taken the tricks up a notch, the whole point is to leave you baffled. As is you can't trust anything on a camera, but I know a lot of his tricks are performed on stage.

you know... I have seen this show through the eyes of my volcano every mon. and wed. night at 10:30 and been absolutley astonished everytime I watch it. i just watched the walking on water scene you have provided and that was pretty crazy.... the only reason i still believe its all part of a dynamic scam to fool people is mostly because Chris Angel is a dusche and dated lindsey lohan for a short time... but if he truly posses the power of a godlike being then why is he not all over the news and helping people around the world with incurable diseases and most importantly if the f*cker can walk on water why the f*ck can't he legalize or decriminalize bud or even better yet spread a little bit of that G-13 around for everybody... thanks man..

yeah i think chris angel does some better illusions but david blaine is just way more enjoyable to watch.

Ugh, now David Blaine annoys me. He acts like he's this great mysterious master of the mind. I remember when he did a street trick and this girl was so amazed, fine fair enough. But then he just goes "shhh shhh shhhhhh" and puts his hand on her head, stares at her for like 2 minutes with his hand there like he's "centering" her, then walks away without another word. Just constantly shit like that, like he's above all the rest of us.

I remember hearing that the one where he walked on water, they had some kind of acrylic or glass panels set under the water. Also the one where he pulls the girl apart is the stupidest shit I've ever seen him attempt. If he actually pulled someone in half there's no way their body would be a little black hole on the inside, and then the legs sit up as the body tries to wabble away? Nope.

People need to realize he's an ILLUSIONIST, and no matter what his weird ass personality is, he's still great at being one.

With all that being said, I still don't mind watching the show, it'd be a lot better without that annoying ass song in the intro but sometimes he has me stumped and it's interesting to look back at it on YouTube to see how it's done.

If your a fan of illusions hes purty good. I seen him in Vegas do a street magik card trick and it was flawless. Its not magik its an illusion and he sells it well, David Blane is good at street magik too, but chris angel sells his tricks better.

Yeah, David Blaine's levitation does suck. As for Criss Angel...shit, he's the best I've ever seen. Keep in mind that although he does call himself an illusionist, some tricks are in fact demonstrations on the human body and mind over matter...at least that's what he says!

And don't feel bad Markass...theres nothing wrong with being entertained by magic and not understanding how it was done....I guess alot of people like to feel extra smart

A lot of the videos "disproving" him are rediculous. The ones that annoy me are the ones that take this attitude of "we're going to prove he's not magic and just an asshole!". Dumb fucks, he's a magician, we already know it's a trick and figuring the trick out doesn't discredit him!
And the hummer video, I don't even know how that disproves anything. They kept pointing arrows to things that, when I paused and squinted for a couple minutes, I could see nothing there.

I notice a definite societal trend these days. Anything that becomes popular will create a backlash and have people hating it, just because it's popular. Of course the official explanation will be something pointless like griping about his fassion sense. I don't give two shits if he's semi-goth, or goth, or whatever, talent is talent and he worked hard to do magic in a relatively original format.

all david blaine mostly does is card tricks criss angel does all different types of illusions and crazy shit,and for that video where he shows off his worst levitation,so what he has many others that are alot better,and for everybody who thinks that its just actors and trick photography criss has never messed with cameras or anything like that but he has used actors a couple times such as when he pulled the lady apart her name escapes me at the moment but if you google it u would understand how its done...

Regardless of many things I could say about both of these men, they ARE doing good, IMO.
The simple fact that they are able to inspire and intrigue, SO many skeptics, who would otherwise be ENTIRELY closed minded, amazes me the most!
