Yeah seriously this is not a conspiracy movie. Maybe put it in politics or movies section. It talks about the income tax and the federal reserve and how it was put in place. It also talks about why it is unconstitutional. It is not a conspiracy movie. It isn't like Loose Change.
Just a bit over a minute into this it states on how three bankers silently took over the government and you don't think that this is a conspiracy? It'll stay where it's at.

Isn't it largely down to how one personally consider the content of a post as valid or not? I consider a lot of what I read in the politics section as conspired by governments to gain support for their war on terror. As for this, I have no idea. It wouldn't surprise me, the capitalists have a very significant and undemocratic influence on government policy these days.
The first version of an income tax was during the Civil War for funding. When this law was enacted was in 1913....one year before our involvement in WW1 not to mention the industrial revolution that took place. If there was no income tax what would happen to all these welfare programs, highway systems not to mention the military. Keep in mind also that we didn't go away from the gold standard until the 1970's. To try to put this down as three bankers looking to take over the world is nothing less than a conspiracy theory and IF it is true.....it's the largest conspiracy that this country has ever seen.

the federal income tax does not pay for anything besides the interest on the national debt. why do we have debt? because every dollar the government borrows from the federal reserve system (which is a private bank...no more federal that federal express) has a certain percent of interest...so the government is constantly paying off thier debt, just to end up with more debt. the government of the united states of america WORKS for the federal reserve system. how do we end the cycle? abolish the federal reserve system and replace it with a federal bank, not private. then there will be no need for the federal income tax or IRS. why hasnt it been stoped? because the bankers pay HUGE amounts of money to polititians to keep doing what they want.

Well, thats the last straw. I'm moving to Canada. I knew we were headed towards fascism but i didnt know we were this close.

I dont wanna be in the US of A when we go the way of the Romans because we decided to spend a lot more money than we had. Can't we learn anything from history?
We really didn't have a national debt untill WW2...sure would have been nice if some of our European allies would have paid us off instead of sticking us with the bill.
The worst shape we were in as far as debt was back in the latter 40's though the 50's when the debt was more than our GDP. Right now I think we are at about 74%.

The income tax is a good and nesscary thing, yes it sucks and yes the middle to lower classes pay the bulk of it, but that is simply a function of their are many more poor people than rich, so the aggregate flows that way. The statement about income tax paying the interest for the national debt, is just a circumventing the real issue. The national debt is accrued through running vital services, so paying back the to the national debt is the same as paying for the services that only exist from borrowing the money. People always scream blooody murder about taxes here, but they sure like the fact that there are roads and electricity (highly subsidized), and while most people don't like law enforcement, it sure is nice to know that your neighbor cant just blow your house up without any reprcussions.

Income taxes started at a measly 2% or so, and have ballooned to around 30% on average. It's hard to stick a government with breaking rules that they wrote themselves though. The trouble is, our federal government is so huge and bloated, and the guys in charge want to keep it that way. That's why they're not letting Ron Paul into debates, for instance.
It's argued that the 16th amendment wasn't legally ratified.

I'm with you man. I recently had a run in with the law, only to find out I had no rights whatso ever. Any rights I thought were constitutional can be circumvented by the way the law opperates. We are in a NAZI state of rights for the people. NONE. Maranda Rights to be silent means your guilty on the spot. The law is tought to threaten your family as well. If I did not copperate my wife and 12 years old son who knew nothing of what I did would be taken to jail and charged with what I did alone.. Since what I did was only growing MJ, not selling. I got a plea bargain to lie in court and plea to intent to sell and deliver. Just because they sent my nephew to my house and I would not sell to him. Nephew turned me in to get out of coke charges, nice little bastered. He just joined the army and will be a war vet, I suck ass as a felon.
Now between heart attack, credit cards and lawyer and court and illeagal substance tax I owe well over 100 thousand. I had a little insurance to bury me. Not enough to leave my wife without a huge debt. I'm trying for disability but not worth enough dead or alive to pay for the hole I'm in. Five or six years ago I could pay for what I owed. Now, I am the living dead.

I've been saying taxes are stealing for a while now, and this is a damn good documentary to get the point out to the people. It is the 16th amendment that speaks of a tax on income, but the United States supreme court has defined "income" as a profit turn by business venture, and the wages you earn by working a job is labor. it is an equal exchange of work for pay, their is no profit, labor is personal property and it is unconstitutional to be taken from you. We are paying the taxes when our employer are the only ones legally held responsible to pay. . .
