Ricky Williams keeps failing drug tests... he keeps smoking bud. And the CFL said he can't play there either since he failed his last drug test.
He has at least 5 million dollars on the line.

Actually Ricky doesn't even have 5 Million. If he doesn't honor his contract with the Dolphins, then he will have to pay a huge portion of that money back.
But to answer your question.....unless I was sure I had a good investment for a couple million, then I wouldn't quit my job.

Thats harder to answer the more you think about it,if you havent been smoking for long it would be easy to take the money.A seasoned 10 year+ smoker would have to find that a hard decision.Im old enough to have the things in life I want and need ,sure five mill is tempting but i use weed everyday and Ive tried to stop before and just missed it to damm much. So after a lot of thought ...I would have to say NO...even that sort of money could not make me feel the way i do when Im stoned ..I just love it to damm much..:jointsmile:

there's a BIG diffrence between quitting and pausing..
i even said i'd quit, til i had the money... but quitting is a lifetime decision (even tho it doesn't seem to be anymore, namely tobacco smokers) but quittting is giving it up for good....

well atleast i'm honest enough to say i wouldn't.... you can BS yourself all you want, but i garuntee after you had that money hadned to you, you'd be smoking again... at soem point.. (atleast most of you) and then, (assuming this even happened) they'd probably try to take back their money leaving you and you're entire family up to your tits in debt....

you are a very heavy smoker...
you have a shitty job.. but bills are growing
someone offers you a very good job with growth oppurtunity.
you havent been to college and dont plan to go.
you're are looking at a very big raise and better health insurance.
but you have to quit for a while to pass the initial drug test.
and if you choose to keep smoking, disregarding the random drug test, you have to bring down the dosage because of the responsibility.
its a 2 part question....
1. Would you quit to get the job?
2. Would you risk getting fired by keeping your heavy weed-smoking habit?

I don't need flashy shit, and money like that is useless to me. But if it was like 500million, i'd take the money.

i'm just being honest with myself... shit.... cigs don't do nothing for me except keep me 'normal' (no joyful feeling or any of that, tho after all the years i have grown to appreciate smoking after a few certain things... meals, sex, while drinking, after getting high... etc) but i've already said i'd quit that over 20 times...
for me to say i'd quit for good, would just be a flat out lie... i just have to live with the reality of the subject...
could i handle quitting for a year or two? hell yeah, infact i've done it already...
but that for life part is what's bugging me... just to think of never picking up a bowl, a bong, a j, or w/e.... i just can't honestly see myself doing that.
