Do you think that foxfarm ocen forrest soil is a sufficient medium or does perlite and other things need to be added to it? do you think a seedling would do fine in just ocean forrest?
first off fox farm is organic based not a true organic . . i don't care what the label or your buddy tells you. . . the soil can be used alone and works great . . i have used it a lot . . now i lean toward lite mix by bio bizz along with there nutes . . all organic works great . . make sure to use topmax
what is topmax?
yes yes yes it is the shit.Quote:

I even use it in veg even though it's an expensive habit.
I stopped using fox farm a while ago and switched to pureblend pro organic.
no more FF here, i'm goinf canna coco. I don't think my plants responded to the FF nutes the same way they did to the canna.
I was a little disturbed when my bottle of grow big got down only to about the bottom third and started to have the chemicals crystallize out as precipitate!
yeah, i have this stuff that sits on the bottom, its like sand stone, i don't know if its sediment or something that should be dissolved in the mix, but now it dont matter cuz it's in the dump.
