i have heard that 12 dark, 9 hours light will speed up the budding process. anyone know if this is true? I want to at least adjust the timing of my cycle due to day light savings time i am annoyed by that shit.

i think those kind of plants ripes by amount of days receiving lights regardless of how many hours the lights are on..... you should seriously check this out.

if i'm not mistaken, this can be done with a digital timer;
slightly less yeild, but faster finish, as the days are shorter than that of reality.
it's like chickens; the light goes out and it's naptime, regardless of what time of day...
after a few days they won't sleep even if lights are off trust me :)
