Help! I was Negative But Dilute Now what???

Please help me, I had a drug screen for a new job yesterday and I got a called today saying I was negative but dilute. I'm 5'5 130lbs and usually a pretty heavy smoker. I stopped smoking 4 days before the test. I was drinking mostly water the next few days. The day of the test I drank lots of water took the aspirin and B Vitamin. I was feeling sick all day. My pee came out that nice yellow color so I thought I was in the clear. I know they sent it off to Quest for testing. After the test I smoke a big bowl bc I couldn't take it any longer, the whole thing was so stressful. I'm regretting that now. I have to retake the test on Sat, in 3 days. What can I do to get a better result this time? Where did I go wrong? Substitution is not an option. THANK YOU!!!!

Read the dilution sticky at the top of the forum. Water is not the preferred fluid.
