NO it doesn't. Hemp does NOT produce THC therefore you would be wasting your time smoking a blunt of it.

nothing whatsoever? im pretty sure theyre low, but still produce like 3-5%, vs profeesional plants doing 15-25%

and either way, pot plants just look badass!
