Flushing question

yea yea yea, I dont know this one either.

So its time for my flush and I did one and I found that after pouring 4 gal over my 2 gal soilless mix, my ppm are equal to that of the flush solution (water+clearex). I am gonna need over 100 gal of water to do this flush and it sucks. Long tedious process.

My question:

Is it bad to flush with just tap water without letting it sit. What will the chlorine do to my plant?
