All you got to do with that fan is to circulate the air. Do you have a T-stat on your exhaust fan? I point my fan at the tops of the plants,it's mounted on the wall. I have a tempstat that turns my exhaust fan on and off, when reaching the temp I have it set to come on.Get a smaller fan with a high/low switch on it at wal-mart for around 10 bucks.

Junkboxer I don't think you have to worry, it's a stand fan isn't it. Do you keep it on the low setting. I use one and it works awesome. See if adjusting the tilt to just a little higher helps at all. Found that to work good. The light looks low witch is good, do you know the temp under the lamp, 80's or lower work really well for me. Nonetheless once those things start to veg out the foliage may dilute that fans power. Good look though. Looks clean.
