ever start scratching a part of your body, and it just feels so fucking good (didn't even particularly itch that horribly) you keep doing it for like minutes straight.... til you end up turning it all red and and scratching off a layer of skin lol..

yes I have, when your baked you stop stratching and start rubbing
Yup, I have. It got so bad once that I started bleeding, and I still wanted to scratch!
yes, sometimes that happens to my lower calfs when i have been wearing high socks and boots all day long...
on an off note i was playing basketball in steel toe boots the other day, holy fuck, don't ever do that. i was down playing hockey tonight, i can hardly move my big toe, i dont even want to look at the blister.
Athletes foot is the worst kind of itch. Especially in work boots all day and all you have to do is feel the itch, all damn day long.
Scratching your skin when you don't have an itch is a way of making the body produce endorphins unnecessariy. Endorphins are neurotransmitters found in the brain that have pain-relieving properties similar to morphine. Habitual scratching leads people down the road of S&M: whippings, paddling, clamps, scarring, etc, , because they are searching for an endorphin "high". Many of these people work it up gradually, and don't even feel pain - the body is tricked into drugging them naturally.
I have got scars and irreversible pigmentation color from scratching till I bleed... I get itchy legs in the winter when i where long johns... I had to stop scratching seriously!!!

my right ankle was really itchy and i had to keep scratching it.
