I find when I cough too much like when i'm sick or smoked way too much that my throat get sore. I think that all the coughing and smoke can lead to irritation and inflamation.
Sounds like she needs to take it easy and not try to finish the joint in one hit
:D
nha, its like 1 small bongload and its like everytime. I worry about it causing some sort of tear or something.
I have a buddy who was a very seasoned smoker yet could not shake his tendency to cough all the smoke out most times. It was annoying. I taught him that a lot of coughing comes from a simple smoke-tickle in the throat. I showed him that if he inhales a manageable hit deep down into the lungs, using the nose a little to bury it with fresh air, it comes back out a lot smoother. Those shallow pulls people do to either prevent wear on their lungs or to accomodate a fear of deep inhaling make you cough the worst. Anyway, it's tough to explain and I don't even know if she's doing it wrong, but that's my perspective
time to start her on the vaporizers...
I have a friend with Asthma and he had to stop smoking and uses vapes only now and is all the better for it.
