they fucking suck when i dont have them, i have like 2 g of some great bud and the only thing stopping me from toking, is that i have no lighter.....pisses me off cuz i cant buy one right now, with me being underage and no drivers licence yet soooo im fucked.....i hate it

They don't have to check for ID or anything I believe, but a lot of places do anyways.
You have to be 18 or legal age to buy any kind of tobacco products, and that includes empty rolling tubes, packs of papers, or lighters.
A lot of places don't bother ID'ing for lighters and papers though, so if you don't look and sound like a 13 yr old boy, I'm sure you could buy one.
But yes, no lighter sucks! Now I just buy mine at Wal-Mart, in 4 packs for $4, and when I'm down to my last BIC, I make sure to go pick up some more. :)
its not against the law to buy lighters under 18, but the thing is many big stores like 7/11 have a store policy that they dont sell lighters to minors
if you have a sunny day you could just solar smoke ( take a magnifying glass and use it to concentrate the sunlight like you would if you were burning ants). Works well if you align it right, and it tastes better, cause there's no lighter fuel
