inside sun

sorry if this is the wrong area, what is everyone's experience from inside sun? i ordered from there once before and it wasn't too bad like 3 days and my rapid rooters were shipped, but this time i ordered a 400 watt hps and rapid rooters and its been days and still awaiting shipment yet i got charged almost immediately. do i have need for concern now? has this shop gone downhill? i decided to start flowering with my mh hoping to reduce stretching and then put up the hps when it gets here but i'm on my 4th day of 12/12 now and starting to get nervous. i'm not sure what feedback i'm looking for but any comments or experiences would be nice to hear about thank you.

my first order from there took a while...like a week or two after it was charged it finally arrived. Second order was once again 250HPS and it got here about three days after I had been billed. Don't worry, it'll get there.

I think some of the lights are assembled in -house when they are ordered...that's been my sneaking suspicion... Lights DO take longer than other things from there in my experience.

I'd roll with the MH and the HPS when it arrives, so don't stress about it. That's what I'm doing and it seems like my flowering plants are happy.

I just ordered my 250 watt hps light from there and i recieved it in 4 days....but the only problem was when it got here i went to put it on my plant and it didnt work so i thought it was broke but turned out the bulb it came with didnt work so they express shipped me a new bulb...good company thoe

ok, so i got an email from the guy saying i'd receive my stuff on tuesday, but i go onto their website and it still says awaiting shipment. should i be concerned?
