Found some bud!

After being bummed out by not being able to pick up tonight (shady shady dealers) I found about 2 hits worth in my drawer and was loving life...

I started thinking about some things I own that Ive had for a long time and still use and enjoy alot

I have these old pair of headphones that sound like no other pair ive ever bought or heard

People rag on my car because its old and its not a nice looking car to them. Its in no way a junker , its a 97, I love this car, had a lot of good memories in it, that just make me smile, and its always been reliable.

What are some things that you love that youve had for a long time?

I don't know, my Fender 1967 Strat that was given to me by my dad some 15 years ago. I still have it and play it daily. :)

Nice you should treasure that! i have a fender jazz master but i really want a strat

Haha i know the pain of not pickin up, it sux, i also know the jow of finding the 2 hits afterwards... its an amazing feeling!

As far as things i cherish... i can relate to the old car... i had a 1993 buick regal 3.8L... i miss it, it got totalked when a kid hitme :(

I do treasure it. It's my baby. The neck has been replaced once though back in the early 90's. Back in dads time, he paid $220 for that Strat, and a small practice amp. He bought it from a buddy who never played it, practically brand new. It's black with the white pickboard identical to Clapton's "Blacky" guitar. The frets are wearing down flat, but it has that classic tone to it. Played through my Fender combo amp and the clean tone is amazing. :rasta:
