what watt fluorencent light bulb should i buy for my indoor cabinet grow for one plant?

You will need a big one to grow a plant from start to finish. 150-250 watts

100 watts minimum for a very small space and plant.

best thing to do is get a few 25-45 watt CFL (compact flourescent) setups to get a good amount of light to all areas of your 1 plant, not just 1 light that will do the top fine, but won't get any light to the bottom....
