go for it, you may need a bit more e.g. at least 150W would be good, buy some cfls energy saving ones, if you can, but you can try
yea i agree with Nocturnal.
it will be fine for maybe a week, but your going to want to get some more lumens in there
It will work to get them to sprout...And then you'll need a bigger light or you'll be screwed. ;)
Agree with everyone here....
That light will not produce much heat, so after the seed cracks the surface of your soil keep that light as close as possible!! 2-3 inches.
Then when the plant gets to be 2-3 inches tall you may really want to consider getting a few more or a HID.
