What are my rights in the UK?

Hey, i hope someone knows about UK laws.

Basically, for an under 16 year old, what sort of rights do i have against:

Body searches in school;
Bag searches in school.
Body searches out of school;
Bag searches out of school.

Any quotes i can give them, about the law, so if they say they are going to search my bag I can tell them?

if your under 16 i think they need your parents permission
im unsure tho

yheres new stop and serch laws come out to combat the gun crime here in the uk and as a result there going to stop and serch 10-19 year olds so be carefull,what part of the uk you from:thumbsup:
