HELP: problem with water loading!! URGENT

I have a drug test in like 4 hours and have been smoking pretty much daily the whole month. Its been about 36 hours now since ive smoked (wouldve been longer but...oh well). anyway i was planning on drinking about 2 liters of green tea and then some cranberry juice as well as taking the 4 aspirin. the problem is after drinking my first 1/2 liter of green tea i threw up all the liquid! now i have shakes and and cold and my teeth are chattering. should i just drink slower to keep it down or what? any suggestions?

also i think the reason i got nauseous was that last time at my drug test i hadnt drank nearly anything, didnt pee for three hours and spent the entire three hours at the water fountain. i drank so much water i felt nauseous for hours after that, so idk.

and i just threw up AGAIN after trying to slowly drink another glass. maybe im allergic to green tea or something?

you better find someone to sub for you. try drinking warm water......i'm sure your nerves have your stomach in a knot.

No no, STOp drinking water now. Sounds like you are giving yourself water intoxication. It can deadly and vomiting, headaches, and dizziness and signs of it, so stop drinking water now.

You gave yourself only 36hours of no smoking, and only 4 hours to prepare. You won't pass the test unless you use a clean urine sample. You should have started drinking water and such 2 days ahead or so before the test.

4 hours isn't enough time to dilute your system and get it cleaned, so stop drinking all that liquid before your brain swells from too much water intake.

Oh man... the acidity of the green tea probably made you sick... along with the excessive amount you had been drinking, and maybe even the caffeine. Sometimes, if I drink only a cup of green tea on a fairly empty stomach, I'll throw up. :(
