was broke before, now im gonna be really broke.

heh. well, i got busted on saturday afternoon.. we live in a small town outside of aberdeen, and were coming in to do some grocery shopping, right as we were rolling into town a state highway patrol car pulled in behind me.. i dont have a drivers license, but wasnt sweating it, because i wasnt speeding , my plates are valid, and to the best of my knowledge had no warrants... well i roll into town, hang a left and he's still on me, it had been about two miles he was on my ass so by then i was starting to get a little paranoid... so i decided to pull into a gas station to shake him, and i needed gas anyway, so what the hell. well, he followed me right in, and pulled up to the pump right behind me. when i got out and opened up my gas tank he got out, approached me asking for my license and registration... well i told him right off that i didnt have my license, whats this about? he told me he'd "tell me in a minute"

well when i went to grab my registration and insurance, it dawned on me that i had a broken glass piece in my center console. fuuuuuck..

well, it came down to it, he searched my car, found it, and claimed there were sticks and seeds all over inside my car. he never took any for evidence, nor when i looked afterward did i find any.. he also told me there were heineken lids all over inside too, but i never found any of those..

anycase, i think quite needless to say, i failed the u.a. he gave me at the jail. normally i would have declined taking it, by our state passed a law last summer about mandatory blood testing, if we are under suspicion of being under the influence of drugs, or alcohol, or are assumed to have drugs in our system, we automatically have to take a blood test.. they will hold you down and take your blood if it comes down to it.. kinda bunk.

so i got a possession of marijuana, possesion of paraphernalia, and ingestion of marijuana, not to mention driving without a license, and a warning for a cracked windshield.

he never did tell me what he stopped me for, though i assume it was my windshield. probable cause to search my car? a drug related warrant from lincoln county (sioux falls area) from about four years ago came up. i didnt get extradited to s.f. though, because it was only a regional thing for lincoln or the surrounding counties... still sucks regardless..

crazy thing is, i've been arrested because of all my past warrants, and got them all paid off - or so i thought.. i've had my name run a couple other times, and its always come up clean. why then now? i'm checking into that..

my court date is march 19th, and youd better believe that i'm getting an attorney!

also, before he left, the cop told me that he now knows my car, and he regularly patrols that stretch of road, so he's going to be watching for me...

heading back into town yesterday in a friends car, and low and behold, who do i see cruisin that stretch of road??
fuckers.

also - this is my third time getting busted with a dirty pipe, get possession of marijuana each time, but have never been actually busted with a sack. shitty huh?

my god thats so lame, just make sure when he pulls you over smile and be friendly, dont be a smart ass and fuel his fire, i used to have a cop like that on my ass he would bust me for nothing,i got a new job and started , in my 1st week he came into my work in the arfternoon and sat down and started drinking beer with my boss,turned out they were friends after that and he was pretty cool,after a while i got to know him and got pulled up at a breath test on the road and he breath tested me, i almost blew up the metre i was so drunk, and he said yep no worries ur right and let me passed

OMG that guy was bored as fuck!.
I hate assholes like that. Those are the ones who got teased and bullied when they were little like bitches.

well some one obviously hasnt learned anything from the cops, also i do believe your state cant make u do anything, like holding you down to put a needle in your arm. They cant take a bloodtest becuase they "think" you are under the influence, they need more substantial evidence... like a broken piece in your car. I also belive your have the right to refuse naything including talking, they need warrants for blood test and ect with out your consent, you just got played hardcore by the staties. they dont hold the power to take away your rights.

Well get an lawyer and tell him everything that happend, im sure the possesion charges will be dropped if you just had paraphanalia. I would pull the.... the oficer had no probable cause to even stop you. If your driving around and u stop for gas and they ask you for crudentials, you have the right to deny them, becuase he has not stopped you for anything, He played u like a fool man. i wouldnt have stopped to begin with becuase that gives him a chance to look in your car, and it makes u look like a sketch ball.

one rule man, be more careful about having drugs and paraphernalia on you, what they can't see won't hurt you.
