girl confusion

heyie everyone, im in the middle of some confusing shit with a friend of mine and i just dont know if she likes me. Well i cnt remember which month last year but it was towards the end of the year and i was at my friends house and she came over with another friend and we just chilled for a bit. But all my friends had nug so we all went outside and smoked a couple bowls and idt she was high cause it was like her second time. But, i cnt really remember exactly how it came up cause I was fuckin blasted but she started bad mouthing one of my best friends (who is a girl) and it sounded like jealousy. She was saying stuff like omg that girl is such a bitch and i hate her and she made stuff up about her and she doesnt even know the girl at all so I thought it was jealousy. And like after that night nothing really happened and she got a boyfriend and i still like her but idk what to do. I dont think that she still has a boyfriend now but im not good at talking to girls .I just want to know what everyone thinks about the situation cause i find that girls are EXTREMELY confusing. well see, shes not really a shit talker like that, shes actually one of the nicest people ive ever met. And thats why it suprised me so much, so i saw it like she was jelaous which made me happy but it never got anywhere. Shes not the type to like shit talk people and always and put them down so idk

ahah yea sorry i didnt give enough info, but yeah ill explain. See, before this night my friend always knew i was good friends with the girl she badmouthed and he decided to be a dick and tell her that i liked that girl . So, once i chilled with her that night she thought i was going out with her. Normally, friends would be happy for other friends in situations like that or at least thats my opinion but she was like, how could u like that girl and she went on a rant about how she did not like her and what was wrong with her. As i said earlier she barely knows this girl and they have virtually never talked so it couldnt have been her just saying oh that girls a bitch cause they've never had problems with each other. But yea so what i was thinking is she could have been jealous of me supposedly going out with her cause i dont see any other reason to bad mouth someone u dont really know. nah this girl isnt my best friend, shes just a normal friend. My best friend or very close friend is the one she trash talked. So im trying to find out if the normal friend has ever liked me and that night sort of sparked it all. But i met her like summer of freshman year in high school (im a junior now) and weve never become close friends but stayed good enough friends like i talk to her a bit in school but yea its that type of friendship. But shes the type who you cant tell if they like u or not cause shes sweet to everyone and thers my dilemma :(

haha damn u people are judgemental, im with 420 on this one, yo dude, if things really would have worked between you to, or can work, u can make it work. U say ur friends with her so u know he pretty well, lavish her with the things shes intreasted in, not like go out and buy shit for her, but do sentimental shit that other people dont do, she will either take it as i like you or ur a great friend but u can slip in alittle moment there where u can get a "spark" or something.
