Drug Testing Policies

What are some drug testing policies?

Like, for example. I figured I just failed my second drug test 2 weeks ago, and it takes exactly 2 weeks for them to call you. If they haven't called you after 2 weeks you passed. The first time, a 'doctor' (what my mom said) called around 6:30 exactly 2 weeks from the date of the test and informed my mom that I had failed.

Now I'm pretty sure its because legally they have to inform your parents first before they notify the school.

See now, my parents never answer the phone though. We get A LOT of calls from people we don't know, not so much telemarketers as like, bill collectors and offers, or something, I don't know. But the point is the phone is constantly ringing and for awhile now then the ringer has just been turned off.

So I don't know if they called today or not. But if they did, would they leave a message? Or are they not allowed to do that for some reason? I mean, I could always delete that message so they may be required to speak to someone. I already checked the answering machine and there was nothing related to that on it. I wish I remembered what the caller ID said the first time I failed. And if they aren't allowed to leave a message, how on earth would that work if they can't ever get in contact? My parents only pick up the phone when they know who it is. So they may never get through.

So yeah, what are some testing policies that you know of?

For one, if you don't already know, you can't get arrested for testing positive. Unless you are on probation.
