Do sativas take longer to grow than indica's? and do they grow taller if put under the same conditions?

something tells me, i might be wrong but...badass sativaS are harder to come by...in the past it seems the stuff i regularly got were strong indicas..

so if youre about to grow some sweet sat...more power to you
