Need help from experts-Ca. Def?
The plant is two weeks from seedlings....been seeing the brown rust spot on my plant for bout a week now but now since it is growing, the spot have been spreading. been reading but want to know a conclusive answer if it is Ca def or what...
If it is Ca def... wat do i have to do help it?
also there is some curling and twisting from the leaves
have couple pictures but it from a camera phone. cannot get my hands on a camera right now....
tried to do a soil ph tester but the color to be turned out to be a neutral 7 but did it with the powder tester...kinda hard to figure it out. Can i get a reliable digital tester at home depot or something?
should i do a flush?

defantley not def loks like some kind of bug look for little tiny white things they look like little pices of cotton miley bugs,when you do the p.h test the run off the first bit that comes out ,it wont hurt to do a flush:thumbsup:

That's thrip damage.
The larvae hatch out of the dirt and get onto the lowest leaves first... they look like yellowish little splinters.
Pyrethrin or neem or preferably both should help you out.

My fertilizer guy calls my thrips the 'indestructible thrips that could survive a nuclear blast'.

I see them coming back as the temps sdtart to rise again here on the west side of things. But I hate 'em they leave those little splotches of shiny around.....
