invasion of privacy... the f***ing cockroach

ok so it was all a normal day in grade 10 highschool until my phone gets taken away, he then gives the phone to the principal (the teacher handed it to him at his break) my idiotic fucked up prinicipal decides to look through all my pictures,videos and contacts on my phone.

calls me in shows me the videos of our drunkin fun (and high fun) and tells him he will have to inform my mom i tell him to suck it, that what he is doin is wrong ovcourse it dont make a difference, when these principals get on their powertrips they dont stop. Not only this but he snoops around on my myspace and tells me i have a bunch of drug dealers in my phone book (which i obviosly knew, i kinda sell here n there) he also found a video fight so now my buddys gonna get in shit for fighting cuz this teacher snoops around my shit. im just wondering if he can do this. I mean thats my personal stuff on my phone its not for jus any old faggot to look at. He called my mom and told me how im hanging around the wrong people n all this bullshit

I don't think he is allowed to do that....I don't know what I'd do but i'd probably bring attention to the issue.

You must have gotten your phone taken away for a reason, but he shouldn't have looked through it.

older dude shush i didnt come here to get critisised.. i got it taken away because i used it to check the time in class... but i dont think they should have went through my stuff i mean all the adults are saying your jus a kid (im 16) well why shouldn't we have equal rights? i mean i stilll should be able to have privacy im sure mr.dickwad wouldnt like it if i went through his shit.

No, they shouldn't have went through your phone, but he did, so learn from this lesson and don't make that mistake again. :)

Once you are registered in their school, they own you, and if you were playing with your phone during class, then they have that right to take it away, but going through your phone is going a step further that I don't agree with.
