Ok so i had to inexpediency pick up 4 new tires for my car
that almost eliminated my cash for weed
Its Sunday and i get my paycheck on Monday (odd i know)
I have about 45 bucks for weed BUT i broke my only bowl
I usually spend 75 or so per week but if i scrimp i could get by on 45
so my question is should I buy a new pipe (20 bucks or so) or just spend it all on weed, make an apple bong and wait until next month
any suggestions?

Go to the store and buy some papers for a couple bucks. You can prob find the change lying around so you can spend as much as you like on weed.
either use some papes or an apple, or read the threads in the Rec forum and make something,
*dont forget the apple drill!
so smoke not out of a pipe and buy the pipe when economic times straighten up
the only other thing i could do is ask mommie and daddie for money
but i would feel guilty spending their money one something i know they dont support
