So about a month or two ago I got really into smoking almost daily and have been doing it since. Unfortunately its in the middle of hockey season. At tonights game my first shift out there my lungs/throat or whatever were killing me. I felt so winded.
Anyone know how to go about keeping your lungs/throat feelin fresh without having to give up that sweet, sweet cheeba?
Cough drops? Vitamin C (haha)?

perhaps you're sick and need some antibiotics. or drink a lot of juice. your best bet is to be drinking juice and lay off the green for a bit though.

ive had the same problem but ive been getting sick. so ive been staying away from my bong/pipes and smoking overall. taking medicine like a mofo to cure it as quickly as possible. i agree with an above poster, take antibiotics and lay off the weed for a bit, atleast until you're feeling better.
ya thats true. im not sick i just cough easily. i mean im sure there not permanent damage. my lungs probly just need a little break. no biggy.
i just cant afford dro. so thats why i smoke mids so much.
