I just dont know anymore ... See pics

OK guys, I really need your help now because I just don’t know anymore. Some of my plants (most of them) are becoming really pale as you can see and I don’t know what the problem is.

1- Growing in soil
2- PH = 6.3 (As recommended by Advanced Nutrients … The food I’m using)
3- I burned them real bad in veging so I’m only giving them 33% of what they are recommending.
4- I feed 1 time for 2 times just water.
5- I’m in week # 3 and they do not seem to have grown at all since week 1 ?
6- they used to be thirsty every 3 days ... now, they seem to be thirsty every 4 to 5 days ? ( I tought they needed more water in flowering ?)

What is my problem ?????
What should I do ?????
