Show some pics..would help a bit but ive never seen white powdery stuff on my leaves...so im not to sure thats normal but dont take my word on that as it could be normal...wait to get input from someone who may know wat it is.
Sounds like it might be powdery mildew. This most often happens when there is little air circulation and high moisture content in the air.
I think SpaceNeedle is right...sounds just like powdery mildew. There is a solution that is made from milk that will cure you right up. Not sure exactly how to make it, but I believe Zandor came up with it. Try searching the forums or ask around. Good luck to you my friend!

this is my first grow heres the pics. i put a fan in the room. if it is mildew will improving the air circ. stop it or do i need to do something else.
Pretty plants ever grow outdoors
it could spread with that fan, mold/mildew will spread spores, the spores will grow anywhere simulating the right conditions, and you will have a problem, get an organic fungicide, check the back to see if it can be used in flower, and check if it is suitable for use on food crops, if it isnt, dont use it...
if not, spray the bad leaves with water, and rub as much of it as you can off..
good luck...
