We all know that drug charges eff you in the butt in the long run.
My state slaps people who recieve 'posession charges' with a Civil Offence fine... $200-$600.
It's not a Felony or any class of Misdemenor.
If I get posession in my state, will it follow me and haunt me for the rest of my life?
