the only thing i ask from her is to let me smoke but the only reason she wont is the fact that its illegal, so can anyone tell me what i should/can say to make her change her mind? also she says if she lets me smoke she'll call the police and im like wtf do you wanna waste your own money for.:( :( :(

Wait until you are old enough to move out and you can smoke all the weed you want. I seriously doubt she would call the cops on you if her reason for not allowing you to smoke is because it is illigal. It sounds like she doesn't want you getting arressted. Smoke occasionally on the weekends if you choose.

And yeah, you could try and explain to here that you would only smoke where you wouldn't get caught but it may just be best to wait.
Just try to respect you're mom. Don't smoke so she'll catch you.
My mom has caught me several times. So I try to keep it as hidden as possible.
