Upgraded lighting... what to do with the others?

I just bought a 400w HPS system. I currently have a 2' x 4' ebb and flow system with a 125w CFL(the bulb has both 2700K and 6500K, two separate bulbs on one ballast), a 105w 6500K CFL, a 65w 6500K CFL, and a 65w 2700K CFL.

The plants are seedlings. What is the best way to set up the lights now, with the extra 400w HPS? I have been hanging the lights from a clothing rack in the closet which is attached to the wall. I have clamps for the two 65w lights, so I can always put them on the sides. I was thinking of removing the 65 w lights, putting them on the side, and putting the HPS in the middle. The only problem is the HPS would be higher than the CFLs, so I'm afraid the CFL hoods will block some of the light from the HPS. I guess if I had an effective way of rotating the hoods 90 degrees so their length was parallel with the width of the planter.

Right now it's something like this:

105w, then the two 65's, then the 125w, in a line down the length of the planter.
