Holland tops world survey for child welfare

Not sure which forum to post this in, but i think its got something to do with the health of nations anyway, and Holland is the only country in the world where you can still smoke cannabis legally.

In the news today. In a survey based on 21 developed countries in the western world, Holland came out best at child welfare, with most Scandinavian countries next best. Britain was worst, closely followed by America. As a UK ex-pat it is pretty self evident from the nature of people in Holland compared to the UK to see that.

Holland! Whoo-hoo! :p That's my homeland.

Just to mention, Holland has only a 2% rate of hard drug users, out of 14 million people. A lot of people say it's due to cannabis being accepted. :)

We can learn a lot from Holland, like not controlling everything everyone does in their life.

yeah that was on newsnight last night, i heard it. Holland is a pretty laid back country, hard working but also knows how to relax, i wasnt surprised

England is a shit hole. No doubt about it. Im patriotic, but still, this country is turning into a joke right before our eyes.

Fucking hell. This is what REALLY gets on my wick... when i was 13 yeah... we had fights... but we wasnt walking around in these chav clothes carrying weapons... kids dont know how to fight these days with knives and guns and all sorts of shit.

Our country really is going down the tubes... and i lay soul blame on the current government, and current pm, although i doubt very highly Gordon Brown will make any differnce.

These little thugs need a good kicking from US... then they might learn a bit of respect... [although in todays england they'd come and stab us.]

And i was reading in the paper just now about Brown bumping up the taxes even more for everything motoring..

If this country gets much worse i will definatly be moving away... a long way away.

And beore i forget, that was a really good thing that you did to take it away, thats a problem we have... no one helps anyone do they? Everyone just walks past as though it didnt happen... im sure most of those people would have walked past even if the little kid was bleeding to death...

Damn, i love this country, but i hate what it's becomming.
