idea for a sticky in experiances

just an idea as to put a sticky on top with information for people who get busted.. like that flex your rights video and what not, just all the useful information so people will see it when asking what should i do about getting caught.. im not the person to decide what goes up there but just an idea to have something go up

maybe i am not understanding, but isnt that why there is a legal forum? if i did miss what you are saying, please explain so i do understand...thanks
