why do girls play hard to get?

Hey i dont know if any of you remember a post i had a while ago about asking out a girl, but this is kinda a follow up.

anyway i just decided not to try and hookup with her for a while and see how things went. i found out pretty much everything i needed to know about her. i know for sure that she likes me now by how she acts. its good that i didnt ask her out at the time because she would have probably said no. lets just say that she caught all her prev. bf's cheating on her and she is very skeptical about going out again. i pretty much showed her that im not looking to get into her pants cause thats not what kind of guy i am and eventually asked her out. she said yes, but we havent gone out yet. she is playin the hard to get thing. she wont give me her number, although she is always leading me on. for example, the first time i asked for her #, she wrote it down on a piece of paper with all sorts of diff. color hearts, then she wouldnt give it to me and would laugh about it. back to my original question, why do girls play hard to get? because they want to see how much you like them...........probably.......or mabe its because they like making you go crazy. ive never really been in that much of a relationship, but how long have girls played this game with you guys before they gave in?

In other words girls like to mind fuck us, in which case you should be a dick and never talk to them again. J/k girls are much to complex for guys to understand so we have no choice but to play their little games. It works out alright for us when we get them in the sack anyway. (I don't mean to sound like an ass, I got love for all the girls)

yeah. if you could put this game into a picture, i would think it looks like a person playing with a string puppet. with the person obviously being a girl, and the puppet being the guy. i dont know why i see it like that.

Because when they play hard to get we get them additional attention and we treat them way better then we will in the future once we're positive they love us too much to leave us.

:D TEK....try another approach and you play hard to get, and if you show no interrest in her she will soon change her tune....

she is 21 with a kinda playful side if you know what i mean.............actually a good way to describe that would be if you ever watched the last cast of the real world and saw how Cameron would act torward Brad like the little girl with a crush, not really sexual at all.
