hi all, this is for the older members. does anyone remember buying a quarter bag in the 60's & 70's ? i remember you could get a sandwich bag packed slam full for 25 bucks, now what you get is really a laugh. no wonder everyone is turned to growing.

But also 25 bucks was alot of money in those days. I remember 5 bucks would get you a full bag of food. and rent was 75 per month. now rent is 600 per month and 5 bucks will get you a happy meal.

Hell here in the DC area the avg rent is like 1500-2000 a month
I guess I just need to move, so I can have more money for my chia pet's( you know, the POTtery that grow's)
I do remember getting a baggie FULL for like $30 back in the day, but thats long gone
