Cannabis the best anti anxiety medicine

To all those who suffer from anxiety (1 in 10 do) it can be a real horrible feeling, but ive found that cannabis really helps me once i get over the fear/guilt of smoking i have no anxiety from the time i smoke (night) to the time i smoke again (the next night). Ive always suffered from anxiety most people do it takes little things to trigger it, but cannabis has helped me allot!

Indica strains are the best!

If you suffer from anxiety get your self a pure indica strain and inhale positivly and exhale anxiously ;)

I am going to copy it into a new thread in Strains and Seeds since people occasionally ask for specific ailments to be helped.
I also suffer from anxiety and the indicas are a dream come true for treating it...even smoking as little as once every 2-3 days before bed has made an amazing difference in my panic attacks.

Thanks Also, I suffer from anxiety and it sucks. Combined with depression it really sucks. Marijuana makes me feel better. But thanks for the list. For the longest I had satvias and indicas backwards. Sativas are not good for me at night time as I am already paranoid and they tend to add to it, but during the day their nice. But Indica strains help me sleep and are good first thing in the morning for when I get real stressed and think I am going to die. I love marijuana, it makes life so much better and actually changed my life for the better!!!

I have pretty bad anxiety and this is a good list, thanks. Indicas work great for my anxiety but I can't say the same for sativa all the time(occasionally I have anxiety attacks on them).

I'm gonna have to look into that Jack herer strand. I get real bad anxiety when I smoke, not about bad things but about having a heart attack, my heart will speed up and the first 15 mins of high are horrible.

same here, but only when i smoke(d) in cold weather or environments.

as per scientific fact, temperatures affect the high you receive from drugs or substances. the colder the weather, the stronger or more potent the effects will be.

i was previously sensitive to the cold, and toking in cold temperatures triggered anxiety attacks.

however, i am too strong of will to tolerate this ;D i have told my body off, so to speak. i have agitated the problem until my body adapted.

i no longer have panic attacks when i toke in the cold.


however, this may very well be due to tolerance levels, if i quit for a month, and smoke in the cold again, i may very well trigger an attack...

Canabis isn't the best for my anxiety, which manifest itself in the paranoid way, it helps depending on plant, but liqour or Xanax was the best no hands down. ;) But on the other hand, Marijuana can add or help it, it depends on me and my mood when I smoke usually.
