if i were to put some real ground up bud in a teabag and put a like waterbottles worth of milk and water in the microwave to boil and then put the bag in the mixture while it was still bubbline would it make some canna tea or like would i have to boil the weed like on the stove in the mixture

I thought it was more fat soluble because its stored in fat cells in your body or something? I thought about making tea one time but dismissed the thought because thats what I read.
