ok simple question about hash..

im thinking about getting a hash maker, so how much bud would i need 2 make a gran of hash ? btw im useing highly crystallized bud.. thx in atvance

How much weed would it take? That's pretty hard to tell...


Here's what I would say if I HAD to answer that question (just wild talk, tho):

The trichomes from a one-gram bud probably weigh 1/20th of what the bud weighs...therefore to get enough trichomes to make up a gram...you would have to use 20 grams of bud. So maybe 1/2 oz to 1 oz to make a gram of kif. That would be my guess off the top of my head.

Then press it or whatever you want with it! SMOKE!

From 1 gram of bud? Wow, maybe .1 or .2 of a gram. Not even a bowl load. Maybe 1-2 hits.

I sometimes make my own hash (sticky at top of Rec. page) and I use 10gram of high quality smoke, and usually get 2grams of pressed hash, so with a gram, yeah, about .2 of a gram.
